Our Story
Nandere Secondary School was established in 2013 as a community-founded school, born from the vision of local leaders and parents in Bulabya Central who believed their children deserved quality secondary education close to home. That vision earned government recognition in 2018, when the school became grant-aided by the Government of the Republic of Uganda a milestone that strengthened our resources and reach.
Since then, we have grown steadily, now serving 482 learners across four year groups on 6 acres of land in Bulabya Central Village, Bulabya Parish, Nandere Sub-county, Kibuku District.
School Structure
Nandere SS is guided by a Board of Governors (BOG) appointed in 2018, working alongside the school administration to uphold standards of good governance, transparency, and quality education delivery.
We offer the full Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) curriculum from Senior One through Senior Four, covering sciences, humanities, languages, and vocational/practical subjects, taught by a dedicated team of qualified teachers.
Set on 6 acres of land, our campus provides space for classrooms, school grounds, and future development as we continue to grow and improve our infrastructure to better serve our students.
